• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Genesis AI at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform or by contacting our support team.
